Wholesale Account Application

If you are a quilt shop or an on-line retailer and would like to establish a wholesale account, please complete the following form to apply. First time orders must be prepaid by check or credit card. Subsequent orders may be invoiced at net 30 if desired. Shipping will be added onto orders, with free shipping on orders over $100.00 for US Customers only. For Canadian and international customers, we will add shipping on a case by case basis, with a discount for orders over $100. We will use the least expensive shipping method through the U.S. Postal Service.
