Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm MST, however fabric orders may take a bit longer. Exceptions to this policy will be noted in bold on all pertinent shopping pages. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Policy:

Printed material, including books, patterns, magazines, and fabric are all non-returnable. Kits are non-returnable. All other items must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, please email wagonswestdesigns@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions to return your items(s).

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
